Technical Training Manager

We are seeking to recruit a TECHNICAL TRAINING MANAGER to work within a top tier investment bank.

ROLE PROFILE

- You will be responsible for effectively building the skills and capabilities employees. You will develop an understanding of employees' technical training requirements and champion and drive a successful training strategy
- Delivering workshops and induction training
- Develop technical training courses and associated manuals
- Deliver technical training courses
- Identify training needs

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

- Previous experience within the banking sector from a banking context
- Experience working with external regulators or experience working for a regulatory body -PREFERENCE
- Excellent technical training knowledge and experience - ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of compliance systems and market surveillance tool - ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience within the compliance/on boarding/Anti-money laundering space
- Experience in developing Training strategies and business cases
- Experience of applying project methodologies
