I am currently recruiting for three TECHNICAL COACH'S to join a client based IN READING on a 6 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT
DAILY RATE: Dependent on experience
DURATION: 6 Month Initial Contract
LOCATION: Reading
START: ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience of coaching, training design and training delivery
- Experience of working in a complex service environment, preferably within Financial Services
- Understanding of the Statements of Principle and Code of Practice
- Working knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislatory frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to deliver feedback to individuals, managers and wider audiences
- Professional qualifications- CF1 and/or FA1/FA2 qualified, depending on business area, or working towards
