Technical Trainer - Airline Systems

Technical Trainer - Airline systems is required by a Global name organisation which is an international market leader. You will have the ability to make training and Learning and development decisions with a specific expertise in internal IT systems. It is essential that this person have experience analysing, delivering, customising and supporting training solutions.

- Experience in the Learning & Development/Training IT solutions designing
- Experience delivering technical training into the aviation industry is essential
- Professional qualifications in HR (eg CIPD/City and Guilds), training, psychology or organisational development would be preferred
- 5+ years experience in delivering training
- Develop training strategies and conduct training sessions
- Identify learning and development and training needs
- Supervisory experience would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and a cultural sensitivity to the local community would be critical for this role, together with the ability to influence diverse groups of people through excellent communication and presentation techniques
- Evaluate, review and analyse the success of training and development programmes
- Schedule training
- Maintain training records
- Thorough practical working knowledge of learning and development processes and methodologies and ability to design and develop innovative and effective learning solutions.
