To liaise with clients to establish their training requirements and customise existing programmes to client
In conjunction with the Technical Training Manager, conduct an annual review of training solutions portfolio to ensure content is maintained, relevant and up-to-date with current learning practices
To keep up-to-date with current learning practices and theories through reading, research and networking
To evaluate the effectiveness of all training delivered, making any recommendations to ensure learning and business objectives of all stakeholders are met
To ensure training records and related paperwork are maintained and kept up-to-date within specified system, to meet the requirements of commercial customers and funding agents
To keep abreast of new products and launches attending the manufacturer's factory as necessary
