Projektbeschreibung
Technical Trainer is required to join a household name and marquee employer in the advanced technology and systems space, operating at the forefront of critical systems in multiple sectors spanning defense, engineering and industry. As the Technical Trainer you will be responsible preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs. This will also include writing literature, materials (including CBT) to be used in training programs and designs exercises to enhance training sessions. Conducts classes regarding requirements, test, security, installation, configuration, operation support and maintenance. Candidates who currently hold security clearance or have previously will hold an advantage for this contract.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct technical training programs.
- Assess training needs and certification requirements.
- Deploy training to targeted personnel.
- Prepare training material and classroom agenda.
- Conduct presentations and webinars.
- Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
- Assist in design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.
- Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
- Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
- Test process with different subjects.
- Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops.
Candidate requirements:
- ITIL Foundation Training: 2011 full service life cycle
- Service Management (using Remedy)
- Information Assurance
- Network engineering
- Storage Engineering
- Process Engineering
- Unified Communicationphones, VTC)
- Client Processing Engineering
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
My client is offering an initial 6 months contract on a very long term and greenfield project.
Responsibilities:
