Technical Trainer

Synergy Consulting Group is looking for a Technical Trainer for a one year contract that will work for a Fortune 500 company and be based in Cleveland but travel approximately 40% of the time to other locations, mostly regional.

In this position, you will deliver learning content programs for exempt and non-exempt employees using a variety of delivery methods. Through your skills, you will need to inspire audience participation and enthusiasm to ensure a quality training experience for all attendees utilizing adult learning concepts.

The salary is around $35 per hour.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate workshops, on the job instructor led courses and virtual instructor led courses

The candidate will possess a belief that excellence is in the details and interact and communication effectively with all levels of customers and management

While delivery material will be repetitive, the candidate needs to be excited by the idea that you can measure and evaluate your learner's performance and adapt as needed to create a successful learning experience for each and every participant

QUALIFICATIONS:

3 to 7 years of facilitation experience

Experience in facilitation which includes deliver of on the job training, coaching, leadership and management courses,

Strong communication skills

Technical/business knowledge, experience with coaching and feedback

Must be able to work evening shift in order to facilitate training
