Technical Trainer

Vacancy -Technical Trainer
Duration - 3 Month Contract
Location - Newport South Wales

A Technical Trainer is required to design, develop and deliver comprehensive technical training courses for the customer to enable planning, deployment, operation, management and maintenance of the Client's delivered system to provide the required capability.

Responsibilities:
The Technical Trainer is responsible for:

Conduct of Training Needs Analyses (TNA)
Identify the training requirements and the most cost effective means of meeting those requirements
Conduct various Analyses required by a TNA - Task Analysis, DIF Analysis, Training Gap Analysis, and Training Options Analysis.

Training Design & Development
Design and Development of Training including the identification of the Training content, Methods & Media Selection, Resourcing, Sequencing and the production of Instructional Specifications and training support documentation.

Training Delivery
Delivery of Training - Risk Assessments, Identification of pre-requisites, Pilot delivery, Assessment and Testing.

Training Evaluation
Evaluation of Training - Conduct Internal Validation and External Validation

Ensuring that the end user is well trained and they have confidence in their ability to plan, operate, manage and maintain the provided system as the consequences failure may mean that the end user is unable to use or have faith with the provided system. This may have a detrimental effect on Client's reputation and future orders.

Requirements
Skills & Experience

Minimum level of education
Degree/HND in Telecommunications or
Engineering certification/qualification (eg CCNP)
Degree/similar qualification in Training
TNA Practitioner
Technical Training Development Experience
Technical Training Delivery Experience
Training Experience in another company, preferably also professional experience
Telecommunications Experience in another company, preferably also professional experience
