The Lead Integration Architect (Tibco) will be responsible for architecture, design and development oversight of integration solutions

- Provide assistance in estimating/scoping solutions meeting business requirements and assist in incorporation of these into solution architecture documents
- Lead scoping and design sessions across cross-functional and cross regional teams Identify key business components and gathering the specification of their interfaces and business process relationships, ensuring that architecture of the integrated environment is capable of reaching maximum levels of availability, efficiency, scalability and security
- Provide input into and lead the technical infrastructure design
- Provides hands-on design and development support for creation of POCs and development templates
- Consults with different groups to analyze and understand functions to be automated, group needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements
- Provide IT solution design recommendations, ensuring alignment with business strategies, target architecture models, asset life cycle plans, and operational considerations
- Actively contribute to team by demonstrating leadership and mentoring other architects and developers in the team
- Collaborate with business partners and other IT resources to identify appropriate IT solutions for business functions
- Ensure solution architecture adheres to client information, application, and technology standards
- Develop underlying Integration Architecture Design and Patterns Develop Solutions Non-Functional Requirements
- Engage and influence business and technical audiences, drawing out diverse view points and driving to agreement
- Understand and participate in the architecture review process
- Responsible for approving technical integration designs
- Produce quality solutions through effective planning, testing, engineering, and collaboration
- Assist with technical design discussions for identification of design options and trade-offs
- Support Developers with design, development and testing of the intended solution
- Ensure the developed components are designed according to drafted technical specifications
- Ensure technical work products are delivered on-time, on-budget, to-specification
- Manage direct and indirect reporting relationships, virtual, and matrixed teams
- Experience in developing custom phoneGap/hybrid plugins is desired
- Knowledge in JavaScript/jQuery & Media queries
- Knowledge about mobile usability principles, design concepts, user expectations and cross-browser compatibility
- Exposure to mobile UI frameworks such as Twitter Bootstrap, jQuery Mobile, 960 grid etc.
- Should have demonstrable skills in problem solving and analytical.
- Should have object-oriented development experience.
