Technical Test Manager (w/m)

Aufgaben:

- Develop test strategy, methodology and test plan. Set up environment.
- Provide support for test environment set up and operational procedures
- Review requirements and derive test cases. Introduce and apply appropriate test tools
- Perform operational acceptance testing, performance test, and automation tests. Obtain approvals from all relevant stakeholders involved. Assist with related system acceptance processes
- Provide guidance from QA perspective in regards to non-functional standards
- Produce status and final test reports
- Record, retest and manage defects
- Present expert technical direction and collaborate with various teams across IT units and the business

Skills:

- English and German, fluent in speaking and writing
- Solid knowledge and hands on experience with non-functional requirements, appropriate test tools, industry standard automation and performance test tools
- Advanced understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security obligations, and audit regulations
- Be driven, self-motivated, solution oriented, and able to think out of the box
- Familiar with extensive and complex processes of an intercultural, wide spread corporation
- Willingness to take over ownership and perform tasks in a timely manner
- End-to-end delivery attitude; responsible completion of the tasks assigned, including extensive administrative overhead, stakeholder involvement, problem solving and status reporting
- Affinity to Agile Project Management approaches, and testing methodologies
- Applicable certifications (e g. ISTQB)
