Technical Test Engineer C#

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Test Analyst with C# experience to join an organisation based in The Hauge (Den Hauge) South Holland.

This is an immediate requirement for a 6 month contract.

Essential Qualifications required for a Tech Test Analyst:

*Working knowledge of English (level B2)

*Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting functional testing of web applications; Minimum of 1 year of experience in designing, coding and executing automated regression tests using a re-usable test automation framework and tools, such as Selenium WebDriver or equivalent

*Minimum of 6 months of experience in coding and executing unit/integration tests using a unit test framework, such as nUnit, MsTest, xUnit or equivalent; Minimum of 6 months of experience in organizing/contributing to acceptance testing (UAT/OAT) of internally/externally developed applications

*Experience in at least 2 out of the 3 following testing requirements: A minimum 3 months of experience in conducting performance testing of web applications/services AND/OR Minimum 3 months of experience in conducting (security) penetration testing of web applications/services AND/OR Minimum 3 months of experience in conducting backupStructure-based (or White Box); Defect-based; Experience-based

* How to design, code and execute automated regression tests using Selenium WebDriver with C#; Of how to design, code and execute automated regression tests using VBScript with Unified Functional Testing (QuickTest Professional)11; Of how to test data migration scripts and how to create bulk test data; Of how to conduct performance testing of web applications/services; Of how to conduct (security) penetration testing of web applications/services

* How to conduct conducting backupISEB/ISTQB terminology, (demonstrated by passing the relevant certification exam(s)

Duties:

*Design and execute automated and manual test scripts;
*Conduct independent test analysis, design and execution of functional and technical tests using available testing tools at the Institution;
*Design, code and execute new automated tests based on a test automation framework using C#/Selenium WebDriver;
*Maintain and execute existing automated test scripts (VBScript) that make use of the functionality of automated regression test tools such as Unified Functional Testing;
*Design/execute non-functional testing with respect to Technical ICT security, performance and reliability of applications;
*Support data migration testing by assessing suitability of underlying data migration scripts and creating representative test data;
*Contribute to acceptance testing (UAT/OAT) of in-house/outsourced developed applications based on commercial-off-the-shelf products
