Technical Test Analyst (Sharepoint/ISED/ISTQB/UAT/OAT)

The contract is with a consultancy to be on an assignment at a large European Site in Den Haag, Netherland as follows:- Tasks:

Conduct independent test analysis, design and execution of functional and technical tests using available testing tools at clients

Contribute to acceptance testing (UAT/OAT) of in-house/outsourced developed applications based on commercial-off-the-shelf products

Design and execute automated regression or performance test scripts

Perform test planning/management/reporting

REQUIREMENTS

* Working knowledge of English (level B2)

* a minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting functional testing

* a minimum of 2 years of experience in organizing/contributing to acceptance testing (UAT/OAT) of internally/externally developed applications

* a minimum of 2 years of experience in test planning and test management

* a minimum of 2 years of experience in testing of customised commercial-off-the-shelf products (eg Sharepoint, Planon, etc.)

* a minimum of 1 year of experience in conducting performance and configuration testing of applications using MS Sharepoint

* Theoretical knowledge of the fundamental test process

* Knowledge of testing on various test levels using a variety of test types

- Knowledge of test design/execution using the following test design techniques: Specification-based (or behaviour-based or Black Box); Structure-based (or White Box); Defect-based, Experience-based

* Knowledge of how to:

-determine suitable test approaches,
-compose suitable Test Documentation,
-define suitable acceptance criteria
-review structurally work products from other teams

* Knowledge of how to script functional automated tests using automation frameworks (ie no record & playback approaches) being integrated continuously as part of the build process

* Knowledge of ISEB/ISTQB terminology, (demonstrated by passing the relevant certification exam(s)

* Knowledge of how to conduct performance and configuration testing of applications using MS Sharepoint

* Knowledge of test management, planning, test metrics and estimations

* Knowledge of testing the following Software Quality Characteristics: Functionality, Technical Security, Usability, Efficiency, Reliability & Maintainability
