Your Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting functional and non-functional testing
- 2 year of experience in organizing/contributing to acceptance testing (UAT/OAT) of internally/externally developed applications
- 1 year of experience in testing of (Windows/Linux) Servers and network infrastructure, incl. aspects like VLANs, Firewalls, load balancing, certificates, server hardening and patching
- 6 months of experience in testing using enhanced XML10 functionality, like XML definitions and transformations
- Knowledge of structured test approaches & techniques on higher test levels (eg System-testing, Operational Acceptance Testing)
- Knowledge of how to: determine suitable test approaches, compose suitable Test Documentation, define suitable acceptance criteria review structurally work products from other teams

To pass this requirement, the candidate must at least have experience in 2 out of the 3 following testing requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in testing/Scripting infrastructure packages with respect to Servers in a virtualised environment (eg VmWare)
- A minimum of 3 months of experience in testing message queuing systems, such as A-MQ/ActiveMQ (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 3 months of experience in testing of Security Information and Event Management systems, such as HP Arcsight (or equivalent) and/or generic audit systems

Your Tasks
- Perform test planning/management/reporting on projects and request for changes
- Design/execute system testing activities on ICT infrastructure on Development/Staging networks for projects and request for changes
- Test/review of infrastructure packages in a virtualized environment
- Design/execute tests related to Security Information and Event Management and/or Auditing systems
- Design/execute tests related to Message Queuing systems
- Design/execute non-functional testing with respect to Technical ICT security, performance and reliability of applications
- Support ICT Operations staff by contributing to operational acceptance testing (OAT) of in-house/outsourced developed applications
- Initiate/suggest changes Europol's development environment aiming to make it better representative with (Pre)Production environments
