JOB MISSION

As a team leader in the context of our metrology software projects your mission is to obtain the required project results that are allocated to the team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The technical team leader achieves the results in the context of given software development processes and guidelines.

The TL:
- Creates and maintains a team schedule
- Tracks deliverable progress
- Reports to the Metrology Project Leader and metrology management team
- Organizes the work
- Directs and coaches team members
- Builds a strong team
- Needs to be technically inclined (that is, know how our current solutions are designed and realized)

EDUCATION

MSc, PD Eng or PhD in mathematics, physics, computer science, electrical engineering or similar.

EXPERIENCE

At least five years of software development experience in a technical product development context is required. Additionally, 2 years of technical team leader experience in a team of 5 to 10 people is required.

CONTEXT OF THE POSITION

This position is within the Software Metrology Department, which is responsible for the wafer measure and expose sequence of wafer scanners and for the measurements, models and calibrations which are required for optimal image positioning and image quality. Software Metrology is a part of the Sector Development & Engineering which, in turn, is responsible for the specification, design, implementation, and integration and testing of the products.
