Technical Team Lead Engineer - Aerospace -West Midlands

New opportunity is immediately available for a Technical Team Lead Engineer with excellent problem solving and analytical skills to work for a leading manufacturing company. As a team leader, the lead engineer will work with other managerial staff to ensure project completion in an efficient manner. You will oversee each phase of the product development so that the team meets the companies' objectives. Working with other engineers within the Engineering Department to provide detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.

You will need strong Fabrication, Design, FMEA, Problem Solving & Documentation skills. Ideally you will be experienced in one of the following markets, Automotive, F1, Marine, or MOD. You will be responsible for: Solution Design, Volume, Quality, Risk Assessment "Process Change", PFMEA and Safety.

You must have strong leadership qualities, as well as being an excellent communicator. You will have a desire to develop the more junior team members.
