POSITION: Technical Team Lead
DURATION: 3-6 months
LOCATION: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Needs Dutch Speaking Candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Designing and coding changes in the applications.
- Assisting functional maintenance with troubleshooting.
- Maintenance of interfaces from and to the Mainframe/Oracle.
- Maintenance of planning and scheduling software.
- Keeping technical documentation up-to-date.
- Working in projects from a maintenance point of view.
- Working in migrations as a technical consultant and programmer.
- Translating functional requirements into technical requirements for the planning software.
- Serve as a (technical) business consultant for the planning software.
- Out of office hours support for the planning systems and interfaces.
- Responsible for implementing procedures for good maintenance.
- Overseeing timely delivery of changes and incident resolution.
- Coordinate work across the team and ensure process adherence.

PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES:

- Oracle PL/SQL.
- OPAL (OM Partners).
- Python (PSI).
- JAVA (Optional).

TOOLS:

- Clearcase.
- Eclipse.
- Control-M.

SOFT SKILLS:

- Dutch language (mainly a Dutch speaking environment).
- English language.
- Must be willing to learn OPAL & Python.
- Good communication skills.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Quick thinker.
- HBO/WO level, preferably in computer-science/mathematics.
- Team lead and/or project management skills.
