TECHNICAL TEAM ASSISTANT/SERVICE DELIVERY HPSM
For our client a global well-known pharmaceutical company based in Basel we are currently looking for a TECHNICAL TEAM ASSISTANT WITH SERVICE DELIVERY experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
It is a 5-month contract starting ASAP till the end of December 2014 with option to extend.
In this position you will be providing support to Process Engagement Managers and making sure that the whole group adopts the global process. The ideal candidate needs to have previous Support experience or Incident Management and can work independently.
For this project, the client needs a highly dynamic and lively JUNIOR/PROFESSIONAL PERSON, able to adapt easily and showing a lot of flexibility. Ideally the candidate has strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to maintain deadlines and to communicate effectively in English.
REQUIREMENTS
- Between 3 and 5 years experience in a similar position, ideally as a technical TEAM ASSISTANT
- Previous experience in SERVICE DELIVERY SUPPORT
- Must have experience with HPSM configuration management database tool
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology
- Must have previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication skills in English, other languages an advantage
- Strong organization and coordination skills
- Enthusiasm and initiative to work as part as a team with little direct supervision
