Projektbeschreibung
As a Technical Support Specialist for our Aplication Support team, you are responsible for the technical support of the Corporate Credit Risk Managament (CCRM) and Bankwide Customer Domain (BCD) Systems. You will play a central role between the business, the development and the IT infrastructure teams. Your primary focus of work is installing releases, monitoring systems and resolve incidents.
Self-motivated people with a can do mentality. Eager to learn, proactive and enthusiastic. Able to work independently and meet challenging deadlines. Good communication skills are essential.
Technical knowledge
- Linux/Oracle/Sybase/WebSphere/TIBCo
- ITIL
Competences:
- Strong in communication
- General knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Unix, web- and application-Servers, databases, networks, Firewalls, Proxy-Servers)
- Organization sensitivity
- Good at progress monitoring
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Be prepared to work in shifts, starting at 07:00 or finishing at 19:00 or be standby 24*7. Also working in the weekend is sometimes required to coordinate deployments.
