Technical Support Specialist, System Centre Operations Manager

Troubleshooting, System Centre 2007, System Centre 2012, especially System Centre Operations Manager (SCOM), System Centre Orchestrator and System Centre Services Manager(SCSM). Additional useful skills include SQL, T-SQL, C++, C#, Powershell, Opalis.

Our client, the global leader for operating systems and key software solutions for desktops, Servers and the cloud, requires experienced Escalation Support Engineer for a role working to support Premier Blue chip customers on the System Centre MON technologies.

The successful candidate will have very deep knowledge of Systems Centre in particular Systems Centre Operations Manager, Systems Centre Orchestrator and Systems Centre Services Manager. They will be highly articulate both written and verbal to solve the issues that the customer is facing. They will have worked within a large global organisation and be able to deal with high volume, ambiguity and pressure within a role.

The successful candidate will be talking to and dealing with 3rd and 4th line support engineers in their customers as the last point to solve the issues. They will have been working within a large organisation supporting within a similar Support Engineer role.
