TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST/PURCHASE ORDER MANAGEMENT (POM)

Looking for an experienced POM Support Engineer for a long term assignment based in Amsterdam. You will work an international banking client. We are looking for someone on Midrange and one specialist on Mainframe. The system Purchase Order Management is customized to fit the need of the banking client. You will work in a Agile/Scrum environment.

Our responsibilities on support are:

- Technical Support Specialist
- deployment of new functionality
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting of incidents
- Give a go/no go advice on implementations
- Do on call second line support 24/7
- support development team with information required for development
- support BAU (Business as Usual) for incidents/changes/problem tickets.
- support the customer in RFS (Request For Service) with impact analysis and technical overview of the application configuration and setup

Skills

- Experience with Purchase Order Management (POM) is a must
- Experience with DB2 and IMS RDBMS
- Knowledge of CICS
- Knowledge of IBM Fault Analyser, TWS (Tivoli Workload scheduler), MainView
- Knowledge of ITIL
