TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity in CARLSBAD, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE:

- This will be a 100% phone support role in a call center environment

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Phone support, excellent methodical troubleshooting skills
- BASIC MS WINDOWS KNOWLEDGE

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Call center customer support WILL UTILIZE STRONG CALL CENTER CUSTOMER AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SKILLS supporting client's products and services to veterinary medical professionals
- STRONG ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK- ENTER CASE NOTES DURING THE CALL
- Strong call control technique without sacrificing customer service
- THOROUGH AND DETAILED CASE MANAGEMENT SKILLS - CLEAR, CONCISE NOTE TAKING
- Call center customer support will Provide Client's customers with product and service information - required to learn and understand wide range of products related to Equine and Small Animal services
- Customer Support/Technical Support Specialist will Work closely with other departments when problem solving
- Highly customer focused
- Team player that will add value through very high quality and dedication to support team

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to successfully control upset customers
- Recent experience with software troubleshooting supporting external customers- end user and enterprise
- Good PC skills and knowledge of MS Applications.
- Must be extremely detail oriented, organized, and professional.
