OVERVIEW:

Entering into Phase three of the wireless infrastructure cutovers, which include post wireless surveys and the free WiFi rollout. Right now there are 21 cable teams rolling out ~1,600 stores Sunday -Friday. Expecting another 400 stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contractor would have to work with others in a fast paced environment to accurately convert stores from one wireless infrastructure to another while working with various cabler companies.
- This will involve following detailed instructions, configuring troubleshooting both wireless and wired devices, including wireless APs and network Switches, noting work performed in multiple logs, retaining the status of multiple stores within a process at the same time all the while being professional.
- Contractor will also be responsible to work with a rollout team to add WiFi wireless networks to stores when they are ready.

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Needs to be technical, understand network basics, be able to troubleshoot networks on their own, use a ticketing system (preferable Remedy), be able to make and take phone calls, be detailed orientated, motivated, be able to work under stress and in a fast paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Years of experience required: Would like a 1 year+ but willing to look at 6 months+.
