Our client is a global company offering technical business solutions and services. They currently seek a number of experienced TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS to work in one of their key client's sites based in Dublin.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Previous experience in a Level 3 client facing support role is essential.
- Previous experience of Administration of Windows 7.
- Strong customer support experience with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
- The ability to be proactive and work on your own initiative.
- 3+ years' experience in a technical support role.
- A third level qualification in IT is required.
