Projektbeschreibung

Work primarily with the Infrastructure Systems Team, reporting to the Infrastructure Services Manager

Work with our Technical Support Partners to troubleshoot and solve calls

Provide technical backup (including troubleshooting various issues) to the SCCM Administrators

Carry out day to day tasks as defined by the various systems administrators

Carry out specific project related tasks as and when required

Proactive monitoring & escalation of issues to our Technical Support Partners

Assist with the development and integration of SCUP into our SCCM environment

Requirements

Expertise in MS SCCM

5+ Years MS SCCM experience and MS Windows environment experience

An awareness of the functionality available within SCCM

Awareness of 3rd party tools available to integrate with SCCM

Experience and knowledge of SCUP

Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational skills

Ability to work on own initiative

Confidence to liaise with different teams within Group IT & the business.
