Location: Scarborough
TYPE: CONTRACT 4 TO 6 MONTHS
You will work in the Command Centre for an IT Service Provider on a North American wide deployment of Windows 7.
Required Skills:
- Remote deployment, resource will be required to push and initiate refreshes via SCCM and USMT
- Deployment support and troubleshooting
- Strong documentation skills
- Ticketing Systems, Issue Logs, Daily Reporting Systems
SHIFT: 4:00pm to Midnight, Monday to Friday
