My client, a leading Media giant, is currently looking for experienced individuals to join their team on site in Peterborough to help assist with a back log of data and general administration duties.

The role has become available due to a back log of customer profiles updated on the internal fault portal and resource is required to find efficient and enthusiastic individuals who will be able to resolve these queries.

You will use Remedy to complete most actions such as checking missing information, incorrect data, so attention to detail will be a primary focus of attention to ensure all information is correctly recorded.

The successful candidate will come from an office based environment, with good IT knowledge and have some knowledge of utilising Excel. They will be able to follow instructions with minimal supervision and have good timekeeping.
