Technical Support Officer - Citrix

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES;

- Work under limited direction from the Director and align operational activities to the strategic direction of the branch, division and group
- Lead delivery against the operational, service plans and work plans and be responsible for allocated technical, project or supervisory objectives
- Respond to support requests, managing customer expectations within an operational level agreement
- Develop and update operations and configuration standards, procedures and designs.
- Provide or co-ordinate skills transfer to other support staff.
- Perform other IT related tasks as directed.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL FOCUS ON THE FOLLOWING;

- Extensive experience supporting Citrix technologies including XenApp, NetScaler, Edgesight Monitoring, Storefront and delivery in an enterprise multi-tenant environment.
- Strong support skills across the full Windows stack including, Operating System administration, Monitoring, Patch Management, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, DNS/DHCP, DFS.
- Experience working in an ITIL aligned environment with focus on incident, problem, service request and change management.
