Technical Support Officer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Responding promptly and accurately to customer queries by telephone and e-mail.
- Completing all allocated work to time and quality targets, while enhancing customer experience.
- Complying with WorldPay complaints policy, and logging all expressions of dissatisfaction.
- Acting as a technical referral point for internal stakeholders on customer technical queries..
- Working with the sales team acting as a point of contact as necessary. This may involve attending external customer meetings.
- Working with shopping cart providers to maintain the WorldPay technical relationship and to aide in development of plug ins as required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Must have previous technical support experience within a busy contact centre environment, which included handling inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Knowledge of HTML and XML, plus two or more of the following web programming skills - JavaScript, Cold Fusion, ASP, Perl, PHP, Java.
- MS Office (especially, Word, Excel and Outlook) and Internet Explorer and database packages.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services industry would be beneficial.
