-1st and 2nd line support for Exchange in the clouds technical and functional questions and issues
-Responsible for transferring all deliverables to support organizations, including documentation
-Responsible for all requests for change (RFC's) the project will produce during preparation phase
-Single point of contact for all migrated users (technical and functional)
Function sklills:
-Knowledge of Office 365
-Knowledge of Exchange on Premises, and in the Cloud
-Prince2/ITIL v3
-Technical and political correct communications skills
-Punctual, precise
-Can handle a lot of stress/pressure
-Documentation skills.
