1 x Technical Support Manager - France, Lyon is needed in, on contract base in France for one of our clients, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Eligibility to work in France and fluent French and English language skills are a prerequisite for an application.

Project Scope:

Swap operation: technical solution and workflow definition, daily technical support
-

Support to SFR and partners on all technical questions
-

Taskforce to RNO and RO for QdF validation
-

Analysis and escalation to HQ on technical difficulties and urgent network incident
-

Preventive network patrolling and risk management
-

New product/feature/software version introduction management and implementation
-

Technical production: MBSC integration & commissioning, Interface configuration,
-

MBTS script production, Massive parameter optimization
-

Technical skill transfer to SFR and partners

Technical Expertise:

-

Sound Huawei/NSN 3G/2G experience.
-

Sound OSS management experience (any vendor)
-

Sound GSM/WCDMA Radio network planning and optimization experience
-

Excellent GSM/WCDMA system knowledge
-

Huawei M2000 experience is a plus

Swap experience is a plus

Operational quickly
-

2 years in the 3G/2G OSS/BSS Network

GSM and UTRAN E2E network skills

Team working skills

Field operations skills

Good experience of BSS/UTRAN protocols analysis

Fluent French and English language
