TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER - FRANCE

1 X TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER -FRANCE is urgently needed in  France (Lyon) on contract base for one of our clients, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Aibility to work in France and fluent French and English language are prerequisite for an application.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Swap operation: technical solution and workflow definition, daily technical support
- Support to SFR and partners on all technical questions
- Taskforce to RNO and RO for QdF validation
- Analysis and escalation to HQ on technical difficulties and urgent network incident
- Preventive network patrolling and risk management
- New product/feature/software version introduction management and implementation
- Technical production: MBSC integration & commissioning, Interface configuration, MBTS script production, Massive parameter optimization
- Technical skill transfer to SFR and partners

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Sound 3G/2G experience.
- Sound OSS management experience (any vendor)
- Sound GSM/WCDMA Radio network planning and optimization experience
- Excellent GSM/WCDMA system knowledge
- M2000 experience is a plus
- Swap experience is a plus.
