JOB TITLE: MANAGER TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM EMEA
LOCATION: BUDAPEST, HUNGARY
DURATION: CONTRACT

We are looking for someone passionate about customer service (both internal and external customers). Position reports to the Sr. Manager, Technical Support, Client's Cloud Systems and Solutions.

ROLE OBJECTIVES
- Managing issue escalations, working with CSS account managers, employees and outside partners to find timely resolution.
- Conducting reviews on in-process tickets to confirm accurate technical execution, timely handling, and superior customer service.
- Leading departmental initiatives for new programs and solutions to enhance CSS service offerings and customer service.
- Engaging in periodic 1-1 sessions with direct reports and establishing goals & objectives, ensuring both employee and company needs are being met.
- Working with senior management to ensure consistent performance and messaging to a growing international support team and solution offerings.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Good experience managing a technical support organization.
- Knowledge and experience in cloud-based service solutions.
- Strong experience in a role involving direct customer contact (internal and external customers).
- Strong understanding of Client Server software, networking components, server architectures, performance bottlenecks, network infrastructures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Microsoft Office competency: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Google Docs/GMail, Jive and Salesforce.com
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration complemented by relevant work experience.
- Proven Leadership ability.
