£10 - £13.50 per hour
Central Nottingham

1st Line Support Engineer needed for an initial 3 month contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
* Service Now/Active Directory experience
* Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends and shift work
* Advanced Microsoft Skills
* 1st line Service Desk Experience

What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide excellent front line customer service
* Work to ensure all SLA's and KPI's are met
* Hands on 1st Line support 
* Call Logging, Call/Queue Management, Service Requests etc.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and deal with escalations effectively
