TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENTRY LEVEL needed for a CONTRACT TIME opportunity with Yoh's client located in Pittsburgh, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Ensure proper system operations so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks.
- Receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests.
- Provide technical support by working directly with the Sr. Manager, Management by Objectives (MBO) - direct manager and VP Performance to appropriately interface between the IT Rapid Application Development team and the Performance team as business requester.
- Implement system updates. Conduct testing features developed by application team in the test environment.
- Provide clear feedback and follow-up solutions.

- Demonstrated people skills and collaboration across functions and levels in the business.
- Good data management skills and system administration.
- Software development, proactivity, organization, planning, hand-on, sense of urgency
