Technical Support Engineer

-  Technical Support (1st Level) experience with Redknee Products. Ideally someone who has been a Redknee employee or currently working with Redknee.
-  Support provided to Telecom Operator.
-  Well versed with Telecom Operator network & process.

Job scope:

-     Accept incoming calls/tickets for first level support (surveillance and first low level investigation)
-     Can be required to be on call at any point 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a week.
-     Respond/start working on the problem within 30min after call out
-     Investigate the reported problem on 2nd and 3rd level.
-     In case, HW seems to be the problem, involve HW-maintenance supplier immediately. HW-maintenance supplier (not part of your scope) will exchange faulty HW
