Projektbeschreibung
- Work with the development team to identify the support requirements for the solution, and create appropriate documentation to enable delivery of 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Be responsible for providing support during the pilot phase, as well as training up 1st and 2nd level support teams.
- Supporting the software deployment (set-up and configuration) on UNIX-like systems and creation of Key-Operations documentation.
- Additional tasks are to handle the communication to UAT groups, handling of system account/configuration requests and tracking.
- Technical: Outlook, Windows, Active Directory, UNIX/Linux, Java EE, C++, Apache, Web-technologies
- Security: Knowledge or awareness of about S/MIME, PGP and STARTTLS
, experience in or awareness of trust management (certificate authorities, public key infrastructures) would be an advantage - Analysis: Understanding of end-user behaviour
- Strong communication skills
- Good written and spoken English and German
- Experience in writing support documentation
- Training of support staff
