As the Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for film and ink products within the commercial graphic industry. You will be tasked with working alongside production teams to ensure successful new product introductions; liaise with customers to provide details of their requirements along with market requirements; root cause analysis of any product defects or customer issues. Proven experience in a similar role and experience with polymers and adhesives is essential combines with a science or engineering related degree.
