Technical Support Engineer - France (Paris)

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - FRANCE (PARIS)

1X TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - FRANCE (PARIS) is urgently needed on contract basis for our client, a prestigious international telecommunication company. Location is France (Paris). Fluent English and French language along with similar working experience are a prerequisite for any application.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT, NOT LIMITED TO:

- Technical Support and Engineering task
- Testing/validation of clients Product & Solutions
- Project Installation Survey Control
- On-field Visits if needed
- Check and validation of partners site survey report
- Partner Follow-up
- On-field Support when needed
- Set-up actions plan and measures
- Set-up meeting with partners Quality control on-site
- Technical documents required by project

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitor the quality of on-site operation
- Monitoring on processes
- Issue management and updating
- Quality analysis and improvement
- Process compliance and internal control
- Need to be able to work in English and in French language (Written and speaking)
- May need to travel on France territory (in that case, a valid driving license is mandatory as applicable for intervention on site with car transport).
- Telecommunication knowledge, such as TCP/IP, ADSL, GPON, Solaris OS etc.
- Have a basic understanding of DSLAM, OLT, Network management System.
- Working at height enabling Certificates is mandatory.
- Able to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines
