Technical Support Engineer (Antwerp-Belgium) 300euros/day, 1 week roll

My clients that delivers outsourced IT services to visionary mid market business leaders is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work in a 1 week short contract to support an important client in Antwerp.

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Delivering first class, best of breed 1st/2nd line support and contributing to 3rd line and project work as and when required.
Reporting to the aligned Account Director ensuring that the company against all contractual commitments by providing an outstanding service.
Ensuring ADA delivers against any agreed SLA's - response, resolution and availability.
Reporting and following agreed processes and procedures expected of a mature IT Managed Services provider is essential.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Windows XP/7 and Office 2007
VMware vSphere/vCenter 4.1 and 5.0 (ESX & ESXi)
Windows Server 2003/2008 R2 | Active Directory
Exchange 2007 and 2010
Good storage fundamentals (Dell Equallogic)
Good networking fundamentals - Cisco, Juniper, HP
Enterprise Vault (10.0)
Server hardware - Dell
Symantec Backup Exec 2012
Citrix XenApp - Basic Administration
