ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the primary role is to account for all technical support issues for customers related to the inverters, which includes phone support to installers and customers, troubleshooting, managing all aspects of warranty obligations, generating service reports and addressing customers' enquiries in a professional manner. The role may also require occasional site visits.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Provide support to installers and generate analysis reports.
- Provide technical support to customers on all technical issues.
- Document product issues and forward to internal colleagues for solutions and learning purpose.
- Undertake software upgrades, service and maintenance of inverters at the office, warehouse and installation sites.

REQUIREMENTS

- Up to date Electricians qualifications.
- Excellent spoken and written communication.
- Relevant experience in the PV industry will be an advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving ability.
- Customer oriented person.
- Able to work in an international team (Asia, Europe).
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
