A leading digital agency based in West London are looking to recruit a technical support engineer on a 3 month contract with the potential for extend or transfer to permanent. You will be responsible for solving technical incidents at a 2 nd /3 rd line level.
You will also:
- Be proficient with Linux and databases, including MySQL
- Have expert trouble shooting skills
- Have good technical skills, e.g. grepping log files, SSH
- Be customer focused with an excellent telephone and written manner
- Be able to use work logging systems and standard PC applications including Word and Excel
- Have a keen interest in mobile technology
- Build and deliver weekly and monthly reports to reflect performance
