Technical Support Engineer

We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Technical Support Engineer to join their business in Spain.

Position Title: Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for technical support, verification testing and performing configuration
- Generate reports, follow up milestones, support verification and acceptance testing in customer facilities
- Internal verification testing
- Customer acceptance testing

Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL
- Good experience with Unix, Java, Shell Scripting
- Familiar with functionality of telecom domain - focus on VAS, OSS, Billing
- Spanish and English language written and spoken mandatory
