A top international investment management firm is looking to add a technical support engineer to their information technology team inDallas,TX. This is a very hands-on position as you will directly be supporting traders by developing and sustaining systems and applications used by the company's end users. Relocation assistance IS available.

Job Summary:

- Candidate, along with other ambitious technology professionals, will provide solutions created primarily on the Microsoft platform.
- Strong applicants will have notable educational and personal achievements as well as a strong interest in technology.
- Experience in finance is not a must, but an interest in the use of technology to support investment management is necessary.
- Past experience supporting file services, messaging systems, desktops and servers is beneficial.

Our client will be looking for a bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience, preferably in Computer Sciences or Management Information Systems. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems is a must as well as educational or professional experience with Powershell scripting. Other useful technical skills include knowledge of computer hardware optimization and IP networking.
