Projektbeschreibung

Our client is a global company offering technical business solutions and services. They currently seek an experienced TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER to work in one of their key client's site for a short term contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides third level desktop/printer and laptop support on Windows SOE. Point of contact for 1st level Local Area Network (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN) support, server/Router maintenance, system backups (Servers, Routers, etc), emergency on-site visits (server down, etc).
- Serves as customer service representative in support of applicable systems, application, products and services.
- Provides limited guidance/training on systems and products to client population.
- Assists in performing operational support of existing systems and products, for example, diagnosing and resolving problems with users and data centre personnel.
- 3 Years+ experience in a technical support role.
- A third level qualification in IT is required.
