MY CUSTOMER ARE RECRUITING A TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THERE CUSTOMER.

The role will require the consultant to do the following
- Working as a TSE supporting all customer issues.
- Coordinating issues faced by end customer in the live network on the Femtocell Gateway and getting them resolved in time bound manner
- Perform and report regular Health Checks of all the Femtocell Gateway nodes.
- Support of live & lab network at customer site on Femtocell Gateway solution.
- Coordination and resolution of new issues faced by customer during execution.
- Provide Emergency Support for the issues.
- SEND WEEKLY REPORT OF ACTIVITIES TO MANAGEMENT IDENTIFYING THE TOP ISSUES, COMPLETED AND PLANNED ACTIVITIES

MY CUSTOMER ARE LOOKING FOR A CONSULTANT WITH SOME FEMTOCELL EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE ON WORKING ON 3G NETWORK.

GERMAN LANGUAGE SKILLS WOULD BE DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL FOR THE OPPORTUNITY.
