Technical Support Engineer (Femto Cell & 3G,Spanish Is MUST)
Our client, a leading Telecom solutions provider organisation is currently looking for an experienced "Technical Support Engineer" to join them on Contract basis at their office in Madrid,Spain.
Key Skills:
1)Femtocell Technology, 3G Networks, End to End CS/PS call, RNC and MSC Iu Links RANAP Protocols, User plane, IuUP protocols, Handouts, Basic WCDMA Concepts like Scrambling codes, DL/UL Frequency
2)Wireless technologies
3)Femtocell Solution (Preferably NEC)
4)Femto Access Point/Home Node-B (Preferably Ubiquisys)
5)Radio Nodes (Preferably Spider-Cloud)6)NMS System (Preferably HP), Access Point Management System/Home Node-B Management System (Preferably Motive)7)Media Gateway (Preferably Genband), Security Gateway (Preferably Genband), AAA (Preferably Juniper), IP Network Controller (Preferably Kineto)
8)IP Networks and concepts like Routing, Switching, VLANS, ACLS and IPSec
Key Responsibilities:
- Working as a TAC1 support for getting all the issues resolved at customer end.
- Coordination with TAC2 of the issues faced by end customer in the live network on the Femtocell Gateway and getting them resolved in time bound manner
- Perform and report regular Health Checks of all the Femtocell Gateway nodes.
- Support of live & lab network at customer site on Femtocell Gateway solution.
- Coordination and resolution of new issues faced by customer during execution with TAC 2 and getting timely resolution.
- Provide Emergency Support for the issues.
- Send Weekly report of activities to management identifying the top issues, completed and planned activities
