For our pharma client in Basel we are currently looking for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT & DEPLOYMENT COORDINATOR.
This role is part of our clients Pharma Research and Early Development Digital Biomarker program.
THE PROGRAM'S FOCUS AREAS ARE:
- Design digital biomarkers: Define ways to capture clinical outcomes using sensor data collected from smartphones and wearables
- Develop apps and data processing pipeline: Establish processes, software, and infrastructure to handle big data collected from sensors in clinical trials
- Deploy digital biomarkers to clinical studies: Generate data to validate approaches and support decision making
- Analyse and interpret sensor data: Identify signals for disease severity and progression in sensor data collected from patients in trials
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical support:
- Manage 2nd-line/technical customer support for CROs, study coordinators and physicians related to remote patient monitoring solutions that are used in clinical studies
- Establish and document scalable support processes across clinical studies, including preparation of training materials
Deployment management:
- Plan deployment workflows and logistics
- Manage device deployments
- Plan equipment demand and provide input to purchasing process
MUST HAVES:
- 3+ years of IT project experience
- 3+ years of similar experience highly preferred (technical support, deployment management)
- Customer and/or technical support experience
- Capable of combining project and operational work
- Skilled with technology
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to plan work ahead and manage and direct execution by others
- Quality mindset and attention to detail
- Process-oriented but still flexible
-Fluent English speaker or equivalent (written and spoken)
Nice to Haves:
- Logistics support experience
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Mobile Device Management experience
- Project-based work experience within the area of clinical development
- Good German skills, written and spoken
