Technical Support Clerk

Technical Clerk:

This contractor will be responsible for working with the Order system (Catman) to locate any orders that are erroring" out in the system.

They will need to be proficient in the following:

- Troubleshooting (technical)-first tier technical support background; 1-2 years experience
- Be able to read XML; knows sequels to run queries; know how the database is working; SQL

Comfortable working with daily deadline, detailed oriented, patient, great communication skills, flexible work schedule once trained.

Contractor will be working a couple of weeks until they are proficient and understand what they are doing (9am-5pm) but will transition to AM shift (start 5-6am); there is a run book" that is a guideline into a system.

Length: at least till mid January and then reassess at that time if the assignment will be extended
