TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST -GLOBAL PROVIDER OF INTERNET PRODUCTS & SERVICES DUBLIN - €150 Per Day
An excellent opportunity for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST to join one of the World's leading PROVIDERS OF INTERNET PRODUCTS & SERVICES. Based in DUBLIN, this role offers a salary of €150 Per Day.
THE COMPANY:
This is a multi-national corporation which provides Internet-related products and services, including Internet search, cloud computing, software and advertising technologies
THE ROLE:
As TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST you will work within a critical, fast-paced support team to identify & resolve ADWORDS technical issues. You will review, categorize, troubleshoot & escalate technical support consults from internal sales teams to the Sales Technical Operations team, operating as a pre-filter to ensure only advanced, well formulated and complete requests are dealt with by the team. As TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST your job will be to pre-screen the ADWORDS for completeness & determine whether they were escalated to the correct channel & perform troubleshooting tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent understanding of Google AdWords & the product concepts
Experience managing AdWords accounts
Solid experience with online technical support or quality assurance
Solid experience with ad serving technology
Proven ability with a variety of operating systems and web server software
Demonstrated experience with webpage/website concepts and design, HTML and XML
Demonstrated experience with Scripting languages
Technical troubleshooting experience
Excellent Customer service skills
Analytical and proactive mindset
Highly responsive and productive under time pressure
Strong written communication skills
