Enterprise People are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a 6 Month Contract based in Dublin. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, the Technical Support Analyst will join the Support Services Team who are responsible for all second level support calls for a large user base across 3 locations. The Technical Support Analyst will respond to and resolve to queries on PC's, laptops, tablets and printers. 

THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST WILL HAVE: 

An IT Qualification 

4+ Years Technical Support experience 

Good Win7, XP, MS Office, Outlook (2003/2010) and Hardware experience 

Fluent German is essential 

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
