Technical Support Analyst Civica Universal Housing, SQL, SSIS and SSRS

CIVICA UNIVERSAL HOUSING, SQL, SSIS AND SSRS EXPERIENCE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- SSRS report development for Universal Housing
- Technical support - Universal Housing

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working with the project team and business module leaders to define, develop and test reports developed from Universal Housing data.
- Support for Year End processes conducted on Universal Housing
- Ad hoc technical support for Universal Housing data issues

PERSONAL SKILLS:

- Good communication skills
- Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills

JOB SKILLS:

- Experience working with Social Housing/Local Authority systems
- Extensive experience of developing reports using Microsoft SSRS tools
- Experience with Universal Housing databases, tables and fields
- Ability to deal with changing requirements
- Demonstrable documentation experience

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Experience in SQL (databases, SSRS, SSIS) (Essential)
- Strong functional understanding of the Civica Universal Housing application (Essential)
